Foraging Herbal Walk & Talk
Step into nature and explore the hidden treasures growing all around us. On this guided walk, you’ll learn to identify wild herbs, discover their traditional uses, and understand how they can be worked with as medicine.
After our walk, we’ll return to the Apothecary for a relaxed mini-session on Cacao and medicinal mushrooms. You’ll also get to enjoy a rich cacao hot chocolate infused with medicinal mushrooms, a delicious way to experience their benefits firsthand.
