Floral Bath Soak

Ingredients:

  • Epsom Salt – 1 cup

  • Oats (Finely Ground) – 1/2 cup

  • Rose Petals (Pink & Red) – 1/4 cup

  • Butterfly Pea Flowers – 2 tbsp

  • Lavender Buds – 2 tbsp

  • Chamomile Flowers – 2 tbsp

  • Calendula Flowers – 2 tbsp

  • Blue Lotus Flowers – 2 tbsp

Instructions:

  1. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

  2. Store in a glass jar or muslin bag for easy use.

  3. To use, add 1/2 cup to a warm bath or place in a muslin bag to steep in the water.
