Rooted in The Workplace is a wellness service designed to bring calm, clarity, and herbal support directly into your workplace. Led by Tracy Rothery NIMH - BSC(Hons) who is a community herbalist has designed these mini sessions to offer practical tools for managing stress, boosting resilience, and supporting emotional wellbeing all through the power of herbal medicine and tea.
