Roots and Remedies: An in-person interactive experience Roots and Remedies is a regular monthly herbal gathering for like minded budding herbalists which takes place on the last Sunday of each month. It brings together everyone's knowledge and experiences with hot topics such as, plant wisdom and energetics, hands-on making herbal products, and meaningful connections. Each session explores a different herbal theme whether through a guided talk, practical medicine-making, or the creation of seasonal tea blends and herbal infused remedies. This is more than a workshop, it’s a space to learn, grow, make connection with the community and share herbal knowledge together in a relaxed, supportive environment. Perfect for herbal enthusiasts, beginners, or anyone curious about natural wellness. You'll enjoy: A themed herbal talk and handouts (emailed workshop material) Hands-on remedy-making (like tinctures, balms, oxymels or infusions) Custom herbal tea blend creation, mocktail tasting session, and mini botanical bites to sample. A chance to connect with a growing herbal community.
